On the homepage I already told a few things. In 1975 I started breeding marijuana plants and since 2005 I do this in the commercial firm Basic Seeds.
In the 70's I thought it was important that the cannabis plant would not be lost as a medicinal plant. I also found that marijuana growers in the Netherlands at any time should have sufficient marijuana varieties with well-balanced energy, and therefore medical qualities. These two positions were the basis for all my breeding work and also for my requirements (of races) balanced in terms of THC / CBD / TACV and with many fragrances, colors and flavors.
About basic seeds
Basic Seeds does more than just seeds and breeding. Under the name Basic Grow we advise clients on upgrading of agricultural and horticultural land to organic.
